It all started when I learned that the same gene is switched on when baby birds are learning to sing as is on in human babies learning to talk. Rather than as a friend suggested doing a piece of Charles Darwin tweeting, I incubated ideas of putting a bird and words together.
Poetry Deconstructed are birds’ nests with short poems written one word to an egg that can be moved around.
