CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN AND GUSTS! Car Park Labyrinth drawing

Join Mary at Jericho East Car Park to draw labyrinths with sidewalk chalk

Maybe another time.

World Labyrinth Day: Saturday May 2 3pm

Physical distancing will be maintained. I will be giving instruction on drawing a 3-circuit classical labyrinth — one person/labyrinth for each car stall.

Bring your own chalk if you can. You could wear gloves and masks if you wish. I’ll do my best to keep 6′ away from everyone but it’s at your own risk how you manage your own body and family.

Rain?

In case of heavy rain, this will be cancelled. Check http://www.marybennett.net/category/labyrinths/or contact me if you’re wondering. I’ll make a decision by 2 pm at the latest. As a native Vancouverite, I’ll likely head down unless there’s actually a downpour, but chalk in the rain doesn’t work very well.

Come Visit This Weekend

I’m showing some of my new work inspired by ideas of Alchemy.

Also – I’ll have some ATC’s (Artist Trading Cards) for you to browse at–and create your own!

The 2 books I created with Keith Wilkinson’s poetry will be available for $10 each – and of course the art is for sale!

Here are some photos from the ATC workshop at the Roundhouse. I’ll have some of the same things available for you to play, create and trade.
